How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Project Report Subsidy — Up to ₹10L for Pharma Units

Applications are assessed by the nodal agency for the policy — typically the Directorate of Industries or the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation (CSIDC). The evaluation moves through several steps:

• Screening: the applicant is checked against the pharmaceutical sector requirement and the other general conditions set out in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.
• Project report review: the submitted report is examined for completeness, feasibility and how well it aligns with what the policy is trying to achieve.
• Expenditure verification: the costs claimed for preparing the report are matched against the proofs of expenditure filed with the application.
• Fixed Capital Investment assessment: the investment figure is assessed so that the 1% ceiling on the reimbursement can be worked out accurately.
• Approval and disbursal: once all documents are validated and the policy terms are satisfied, the subsidy is sanctioned and paid out.
