Selection process
Claims are not cleared automatically. The relevant government departments review each application and verify the figures behind it.
Verification covers the unit's EOU status, the share of production exported, the incremental turnover claimed and the documented Fixed Capital Investment (FCI).
The claim is then measured against the criteria laid down in the Maharashtra Industries Investment and Services Policy 2025. After that evaluation and the resulting approval, the applicable incentive is disbursed to the eligible unit.
