• Committee review. Applications that clear screening are moved to an 'UNDER REVIEW' status and placed before a selection committee drawn from PIPDIC and the Department of Industries & Commerce. The committee weighs the viability of the proposed micro-enterprise, how complete the business plan is where one is applicable, and how well the proposal fits the objectives of the scheme.
