Who can apply for this hackathon?
The hackathon is open to all TypeScript developers, including students and early-stage builders. Teams must consist of 1–2 members. There is no geographic restriction, and Indian participants are welcome.
What are the themes or tracks?
Participants can choose from six challenges: AI Hiring Copilot, Personal Finance & Debt Advisory Agent, Legal Document Intelligence Agent, Student Doubt-Solving & Learning Agent, Incident Response & Post-Mortem Agent, or an Open Innovation Challenge to build their own original AI agent.
What is the application deadline?
Registrations are open from 13 June to 19 June 2026, and the deadline to apply is 20 June 2026.
Do I need to be an expert in AI or have a team?
You should be comfortable with TypeScript. Teams of 1–2 members are allowed, so you can participate solo or with a partner.
Is the hackathon online or offline?
The hackathon has both online and offline phases. Round 1 and the Build Sprint are remote, while the Grand Finale on 12 July is an offline, 12-hour event at OJone in Bengaluru.
What do winners receive besides cash?
Winners receive exclusive swags from Mastra, Qdrant, and Enkrypt AI. All Round 2 qualifiers get a Mastra book. There are also Top 10 Social Media Awards of ₹2,000 each and a Referral Program with a ₹3,000 reward pool for the top 20 referrers.

What kind of projects are accepted?
Every submission must be a working AI agent — no slide decks, mockups, or AI wrappers. Projects should be production-grade and built using TypeScript with Mastra, Qdrant, and Enkrypt AI.
