Overview
The HiDevs × Mastra Hackathon is a flagship AI agent-building competition designed exclusively for TypeScript developers. This is not a hackathon for slide decks, mockups, or AI wrappers — every submission must be a working agent.
Participants can choose from six high-impact challenges: AI Hiring Copilot, Personal Finance & Debt Advisory Agent, Legal Document Intelligence Agent, Student Doubt-Solving & Learning Agent, Incident Response & Post-Mortem Agent, or an Open Innovation Challenge to build their own original AI agent.
Open to TypeScript developers, students, and early-stage builders, teams of 1–2 members. No geographic restriction — Indian participants are welcome. The hackathon features a multi-round format: registrations open from 13 June to 19 June 2026, Round 1 begins online on 20 June (design solution architecture using HiDevs Architecture Copilot), results on 2 July (top 300 advance), Build Sprint from 4 July to 11 July (remote), and the Grand Finale on 12 July (offline, 12-hour hackathon at OJone, Bengaluru) with final presentations to judges.
