Who can apply
To be eligible, your company must be a registered Indian entity as a Private Limited or Limited Liability Partnership. At least 51% of shareholding must be held by Indian promoters — OCI and PIO holders count as Indian. The venture must meet DPIIT's startup definition; subsidiaries of multinational or foreign companies are not eligible. DPIIT recognition is preferred but not mandatory. Exclusive incubation at GUSEC is required, and the first tranche is disbursed after three months of incubation. At disbursement, no unutilised grant funds from GUSEC or any other incubator should be earmarked for the startup. Compliance with GUSEC's Startup Progress Review, Renewal of Incubation (Form-D), and Community Development Contribution policies is also necessary.
NIDHI SSS Seed Support at GUSEC is open to startups at the product and revenue stage working in deeptech electronics robotics, ai saas enterprise and space drone defense. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as private limited and llp.
