Who is eligible to apply?

Startups that are DPIIT-recognized, registered and operating in Haryana, have a valid GST registration, and are actively paying SGST. Eligible entity types include private limited companies, LLPs, and partnerships. The startup must be at the revenue or profitable stage.

Does this program take equity?

No, this is a subsidy/reimbursement program. It is non-dilutive and does not require any equity stake.

What documents are required to apply?

You will need your DPIIT recognition certificate, GST registration details, GST returns (GSTR-3B and GSTR-9), a CA-certified computation of Net SGST, and bank account information for the reimbursement transfer.

How often can I claim the reimbursement?

The reimbursement is processed annually based on the Net SGST paid. You can submit claims on a rolling basis through the Invest Haryana portal.

What is the duration of the benefit?

The reimbursement is available for 7 years from the date the startup commences commercial operations.
