How to Apply for MP Capital Investment Subsidy for Resorts & Wellness Centres — Up to ₹2 Cr

1. Registration on the state portal — open a Vendor/Investor account on the Madhya Pradesh government's Invest portal and enter basic details: type of organisation (private limited, LLP, proprietorship, partnership firm and so on), company name and the name of the authorised person.
2. Account creation — provide a valid email ID and mobile number. Your application number, User ID and password are sent to the registered email, with the credentials also shared by SMS once you submit the basic registration form.
3. Profile completion — log in with those credentials and finish your profile, which has to be done before the scheme application can be taken forward.
4. Project development and operation — obtain the mandatory permissions through the online single-window system, complete construction, meet the ₹5 crore minimum capital expenditure and begin commercial operations, collecting proof of that commencement as you go.
5. Subsidy application — file the capital subsidy claim online within one year of starting operations, uploading every required document in the specified format (for example, JPG for photographs) along with accurate evidence of capital expenditure and operational start.
6. Verification and disbursal — the Tourism Department and the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board review the application, checking compliance with the eligibility criteria including the minimum capital expenditure and proof that operations have begun, and verifying documents, construction records and operational status. Once verification succeeds, the claim is processed and disbursed according to scheme guidelines.

Projects are assessed on whether they meet the defined standards and contribute to the state's tourism objectives. Only those that clear verification receive the subsidy.
