How to Apply for Special Incentives for Wildlife Resorts — MP Subsidy up to ₹3 Crore

There is no competitive pitch or ranking round. Every capital subsidy application goes through verification by the Tourism Department or the Tourism Board, which checks the claim against the scheme's conditions:

• Proof of the fixed capital investment made in the project.
• Evidence that commercial operations have commenced.
• Compliance with the minimum room capacity for the relevant forest area category.
• Compliance with the minimum capital expenditure for that category.

Once the documents check out and the claim is processed, the subsidy is disbursed. After disbursement, the unit's continued operation is monitored, and the conditional repayment clause applies if the resort closes earlier than the scheme allows.
