How to Apply for Maharashtra Industrial Promotion Subsidy (Special LSI) — 100% SGST Relief

• Initial screening. Each application is first checked for completeness and for meeting the basic requirements.
• Detailed verification of status. Authorities confirm that the applicant genuinely qualifies as an "Eligible Special LSI" under the definitions and criteria in Table 5 of the Maharashtra Industries Investment and Services Policy 2025. This may involve site visits, scrutiny of financial records and examination of production capacity.
• Assessment of the SGST claim. The Investment Promotion Subsidy claim is assessed against the validity of the reported first sale of eligible product(s) billed and delivered within Maharashtra. Sales invoices, delivery challans and SGST payment proofs are examined so that only transactions meeting the policy's terms are approved.
• Final approval. A designated committee or official grants approval once every eligibility and claim condition is satisfied, after which the subsidy is approved and disbursed.
