Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2022 – Lease Rental Assistance — Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Assistance, applicants must fulfill specific criteria designed to ensure support reaches genuine and impactful local startups:

• The startup must possess valid recognition from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
• It must be formally registered and primarily based in Madhya Pradesh.
• The operational workspace for which lease rental assistance is sought must be physically located within Madhya Pradesh. This reinforces the state-centric nature of the support.
• The lease agreement for the workspace must be legally executed and in the official name of the startup.
• The lease deed for the workspace must be current, active, and legally valid throughout the period for which assistance is claimed.
• Continuous submission of accurate and valid monthly rent receipts is mandatory to facilitate periodic reimbursement payments.

Eligible entity types include Private Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), and Partnerships, typically at the product or revenue stage.

Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2022 – Lease Rental Assistance is open to startups at the product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Madhya Pradesh. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
