Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2022: Investment-Linked Assistance is open to revenue-stage startups registered in India. DPIIT (Startup India) recognition is required. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

To apply, startups must meet these conditions:

  • DPIIT Recognition: The startup must be recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India.
  • Madhya Pradesh Registration and Operation: The startup must be registered and conduct its primary business activities within Madhya Pradesh.
  • Institutional Investment: The startup must have raised investment from a SEBI or RBI registered institutional investor, such as an Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), Venture Capital (VC) firm, or recognized angel network.
  • Proof of Investment: Applicants must provide a signed funding agreement and verifiable evidence of fund receipt (e.g., bank statements or Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate for foreign investments).
  • Women-Led Bonus: For the extra 20% bonus, women must collectively hold more than 50% equity in the startup. Eligible entity types include private limited companies, LLPs, and partnerships. The program is open to revenue-stage startups.

Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
