Applications are submitted through the MP Industries portal or District Trade and Industry Centre. The process involves:

  1. Registration on the MP Industries portal (mpindustry.gov.in).
  2. Submission of required documents: Udyam Registration, CA-certified FCI statement, GSTIN, project report, land documents, and bank loan sanction letter.
  3. Area classification verification using the MP Industries zone map.
  4. Obtaining a Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Industries Department or DTIC.
  5. Commencing production and meeting minimum investment and employment thresholds.
  6. Filing annual claims for each incentive component through the DTIC or Industries Department.
