How to Apply for Jhota Buggi/Camel/Mule Cart Scheme — ₹1.5L Loan for Haryana SC BPL Families

Each application passes through HSFDC's own scrutiny before a bank is involved:

• Submission: the form is filed online through the HSFDC portal, or handed over at a credit camp, Open Darbar or similar event.
• Field verification: HSFDC field personnel go through the details submitted and check them against the scheme's conditions — residency, caste, BPL status and the income limit.
• Genuineness of need: the same field staff also assess whether the request is genuine.
• Sponsorship to a bank: a cleared case is then forwarded to a partnered bank.
• Sanction and disbursement: the bank issues the final sanction and releases the composite amount, subsidy component included.
