Jharkhand Startup Policy - Rental Assistance for Startups — Eligibility Criteria

Your startup must be registered in Jharkhand to apply. The business should be less than five years old from its incorporation date and have an annual turnover below ₹25 Crore. Furthermore, the startup can have no more than 50 employees. Only private limited companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) are eligible.

The office space for which rent reimbursement is claimed must be located in a notified STPI, SEZ, or IT Park in Jharkhand, and the lease agreement must be in your startup's own name. Startups at any stage—idea, product, revenue, or profitable—can apply, and there is no requirement for DPIIT or MSME registration explicitly mentioned.

Additionally, your startup must have a valid lease agreement and the ability to produce rent receipts as proof of payment.

Jharkhand Startup Policy - Rental Assistance for Startups is open to startups at the idea, product, revenue and profitable stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Jharkhand. Applicants should be registered as private limited and llp.
