Jharkhand Startup Policy: Patent Filing Cost Reimbursement — Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, a startup must be officially registered and primarily operating from Jharkhand. Its annual turnover must not exceed ₹25 Crore as per the latest financial statements. The startup should be less than 5 years old from its incorporation date and have a maximum of 50 employees. Additionally, the patent for which reimbursement is claimed must be legally filed in and owned by the startup's name.

Jharkhand Startup Policy: Patent Filing Cost Reimbursement is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Jharkhand.
