IIMA Ventures Aerospace & Defence Acceleration Fund — Eligibility Criteria

Eligible startups must be at the pre-seed or seed stage and seeking early institutional investment. The company should be registered in India or in the active process of incorporation. Sector focus is on aerospace, defence, and space-tech domains with a deeptech orientation. Specific technology areas include autonomy, propulsion, AI, advanced materials, manufacturing, and secure systems.

The founding team must demonstrate strong intent to leverage mentorship and industry networks for scaling. Solutions should have dual-use potential, export scalability, and measurable national impact. Startups should satisfy standard investment requirements such as sound IP strategy and honest diligence.

IIMA Ventures Aerospace & Defence Acceleration Fund is open to startups at the idea and product stage working in space drone defense. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as llp and private limited.
