Selection process
The competition is decided across two rounds on the event day.
- Round 1 — Idea Presentation: each participant or team walks the panel through their concept using a PowerPoint presentation.
- Round 2 — Jury Interaction: teams respond to questions from the evaluation panel on feasibility, innovation, implementation strategy and overall impact.
Entries are assessed on eight criteria: Innovation & Creativity, Problem Identification, Feasibility, Technical Approach, Business Potential, Social Impact, Presentation Skills and Scalability. The highest-scoring teams are then awarded the cash prizes.
