Selection process
Applications are submitted via the KSUM website during announced call windows. KSUM officials conduct an initial screening to assess eligibility, innovativeness, and potential impact. Shortlisted applicants are invited to pitch their idea and a detailed fund utilization plan to an Expert Committee comprising technology, business, and investment professionals. The committee evaluates proposals based on uniqueness, technical feasibility, market potential, team strength, and clarity of the fund utilization plan. Approved recommendations are forwarded to the KSUM CEO or Chairman for final approval. Upon approval, startups sign an agreement and receive funds in milestone-based disbursements.
