Selection process
The competition is structured in three rounds spread across about six weeks.
Stage 1 — Virtual launch and case submission. A virtual launch event on July 31, 2026 unveils the case study. Teams then prepare a 2-slide PPT containing their analysis, their proposed strategy and a working agent prototype, and submit it by August 20, 2026.
Stage 2 — Mentorship. The top 5 teams from the first round are paired with a mentor from Unilever, who works with them to sharpen and refine their solution.
Stage 3 — Grand finale. Those same five teams present at the Unilever Campus in Bangalore. Each team gets a 15-minute slot: a 10-minute presentation built on 5–6 slides plus a functional agent demo, followed by 5 minutes of questions from a panel of senior global leaders from Unilever Operations.
