How to Apply for HP Transport of Plant & Machinery Reimbursement — Up to ₹7L

There is no competitive shortlisting here. The scheme runs as a verification and approval process, and every qualifying enterprise that files a complete claim is entitled to the benefit. The sequence is:

• Incur the cost — procure and transport the plant and machinery, and retain every invoice, receipt and proof of payment for the inland transit and the transit insurance.
• Assemble documentation — transport and insurance invoices, proof of enterprise registration, Udyam registration where applicable, details of the plant and machinery, and any forms or declarations the state requires.
• Submit the claim — a formal reimbursement application goes to the department of the Himachal Pradesh Government that implements the IT, ITeS, ESDM Policy 2019, through the channel described in the policy's operational guidelines.
• Verification — a dedicated committee or department reviews whether the applicant genuinely qualifies as an ESDM Enterprise or Green Data Centre and whether the claimed transit and insurance costs are authentic and within the policy's limits.
• Approval and disbursal — after successful verification, the eligible amount (50% of the cost, subject to the ₹7 lakh ceiling) is paid into the enterprise's bank account.
