How to Apply for HP Rural Processing Center Rebate — 75% Subsidy Up to ₹2.5 Cr

Every application passes through several stages before a rebate is released.

• Initial screening. Submitted proposals are checked for completeness and for whether they meet the basic eligibility conditions.
• Technical and financial evaluation. A committee drawn from the State Food Mission, and possibly outside specialists, assesses each proposal on viability, scalability and rural impact. The review covers project costs, the technology proposed, the operational plan and the expected benefits to local farmers and the rural economy.
• Site visits and interviews. Shortlisted projects may be visited and the applicant entity interviewed, so that details can be verified and the implementation strategy understood in depth.
• Approval and disbursement. Final approval is granted and the rebate is disbursed once these checks are done.
