How to Apply for HP Reimbursement for Public Issue — Up to ₹10L for Himachal MSMEs

How a claim is assessed and paid

1. Expenses are incurred first. The MSME pays for the eligible costs involved in floating the public issue on the NSE SME platform.
2. Documentation is compiled. This covers invoices and receipts as proof of spend, evidence that the public issue was completed, details of the funds raised, proof that the money was used within Himachal Pradesh for eligible purposes, the MSME registration certificate and enterprise incorporation documents.
3. The claim application is prepared. It uses the prescribed form for reimbursement under the Industrial Investment Policy 2019, normally available from the Department of Industries, Government of Himachal Pradesh, or its official website.
4. The application is submitted. The completed form, with all supporting papers, goes to the designated authority within the Department of Industries.
5. Verification and approval. The department examines the claim in detail. This can involve site visits or requests for additional information to confirm eligibility and proper use of the funds.
6. Reimbursement is disbursed. Once approved, the eligible amount — up to ₹10 lakh — is credited to the MSME's designated bank account.
