How to Apply for HP Patent Filing Assistance — Up to ₹10L Cost Reimbursement

There is no competitive shortlisting round. Each claim is assessed on its own merits by the concerned government authority against the terms and conditions of the IT, ITeS, ESDM Policy 2019.

The review covers three things in particular:

• the eligibility of the enterprise, including its sector and registration in Himachal Pradesh;
• the genuineness of the expenditure claimed, checked against the financial proofs submitted;
• the validity of the patent filing or grant, confirmed through the patent application or grant certificate.

Once a claim clears all the stipulated criteria, it is approved for payment and the eligible reimbursement amount is credited directly to the enterprise's registered bank account. Claims that fall short on any criterion are not approved.
