How to Apply for HP Interest Subvention Scheme — Up to ₹25L a Year for IT Units

The scheme does not run a competitive round or a scoring exercise. Applications follow a plain administrative route.

• Refer to the policy: applicants work from the IT, ITeS, ESDM Policy 2019 and the accompanying incentives guide, which spell out the detailed procedure.
• Submit to the department: the application goes to the Himachal Pradesh government department responsible for implementing the policy.
• Attach supporting paperwork: documents generally include proof of enterprise registration, loan sanction letters, interest payment statements and any other forms named in the guidelines.
• Eligibility review: submissions are examined against the eligibility criteria set out in the policy.
• Approval and disbursal: once cleared, the subvention is released under the terms of the scheme, usually as a reimbursement or as an adjustment against interest payments.
