Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Subsidy for Startups is open to idea · product-stage startups registered in India. DPIIT (Startup India) recognition is required. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

To avail the lease rental subsidy, a startup must meet all the following criteria: be registered and operating in the state of Haryana; hold a valid DPIIT recognition certificate; have taken on lease an office, incubation, or co-working space within Haryana — the lease agreement must be in the startup's name; not be availing a similar subsidy from any other state government scheme. For the enhanced rate of 45%, the startup must be majority women-owned, meaning that women founder(s) or director(s) hold more than 50% of the equity. Eligible entity types include private limited companies, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and partnerships. Startups at any stage — idea, product, or revenue stage — may apply. There is no restriction on industry.

Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Subsidy for Startups is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Haryana. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
