- The startup must hold valid recognition from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
- The startup must be registered and operating within Haryana.
- The applicant must have secured an office, incubation, or co-working space on lease in Haryana.
- The lease agreement for the commercial space must be formally registered in the startup's name.
- For startups seeking the enhanced 45% subsidy rate, women founder(s) or director(s) must collectively hold more than 50% of the equity.
- The startup must not currently be receiving a similar financial benefit from any other state government scheme.
