Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Subsidy for Startups — Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Subsidy, applicants must fulfill specific criteria tailored to ensure the benefits reach genuine and impactful startups operating within Haryana. These conditions align with the policy's goal of supporting DPIIT-recognized entities that are legally established and innovatively contributing to the state's economy.

• The startup must hold valid recognition from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
• The startup must be registered and operating within Haryana.
• The applicant must have secured an office, incubation, or co-working space on lease in Haryana.
• The lease agreement for the commercial space must be formally registered in the startup's name.
• For startups seeking the enhanced 45% subsidy rate, women founder(s) or director(s) must collectively hold more than 50% of the equity.
• The startup must not currently be receiving a similar financial benefit from any other state government scheme.

Haryana Startup Policy 2022 Lease Rental Subsidy for Startups is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Haryana. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
