How to Apply for Shilpi Samridhi Yojana — ₹50,000 Loan + Subsidy for Haryana SC Artisans

Applications are made entirely online and the workflow runs through Haryana's Antyodaya SARAL portal:

• Create an account: Go to https://saralharyana.gov.in/login.do and use the "New user? Register here" option in the sign-in section.
• Complete the registration form: Fill every mandatory field and set a password of at least 9 characters containing one special character, one number, one lowercase and one uppercase letter. Enter the captcha and submit.
• Verify your contacts: An OTP is sent to your mobile and email. The OTP is valid for 15 minutes and the email verification link for 48 hours. A confirmation message appears once validation succeeds.
• Log in: Return to the portal and sign in with the login ID and password you just created.
• Locate the scheme: In the left pane, click "Apply for Service", then "View All Available Services", and select Shilpi Samridhi Yojana to open its application form.
• Fill the form: Enter all mandatory details, click "Self-Declaration", key in the verification code or captcha, and submit.
• Attach documents: Use "Attach Annexure" to upload the required supporting documents, then choose "Save Annexure".
• Final submission: Review the details and the uploads, then submit. Printing the generated acknowledgement receipt is advisable for future reference.
