Selection process
Applications are handled by the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Haryana, along with the District Industries Centre (DIC).
- Initial screening: the online application and uploaded documents are examined against the eligibility conditions — whether the unit is in commercial production, whether the specified certification has been obtained, and whether the paperwork is complete as per scheme guidelines.
- Deficiency stage: if something is missing or unclear, the applicant is notified and given time to submit clarifications or additional documents. Deficiencies are typically identified within 10 working days, and a six-week window is provided to refine the application.
- Approval: the reimbursement is sanctioned once all submitted information has been satisfactorily verified and the terms of the scheme are met. Final approval is generally processed within 60 working days after the application is treated as complete.
