The assistance comes in two parts. For quality certification, you can be reimbursed 50% of certification fees plus 50% of the cost of testing equipment or machinery, with the total under that head capped at ₹10,00,000. For the ERP component specifically, the cost you claim must be for software and services, since hardware is not covered. Certifications must be claimed within one year of the certificate being issued.

The stated eligibility condition is MSME/Udyam Registration, not DPIIT startup recognition. As long as your manufacturing MSME holds valid Udyam registration, you meet the registration requirement described for this scheme.

The scheme is open until 6 August 2025, the closing date of the programme that began on 7 August 2020. Separately, individual claims must be filed within one year from the date your certificate was issued, so the clock on your own application starts from certification rather than from the scheme's overall end date.

ERP assistance pays 65% of the capital cost of installing an ERP system, up to ₹1,00,000. It covers software costs, installation charges and annual service costs, and applies to both server-based and SaaS deployments. Hardware is explicitly excluded from the eligible costs.

Applications are made online through Gujarat's Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP). New users click "New Investor Registration", complete the form, and verify their email ID through the link sent to their registered address. Once verified, you log in with your email and password, fill in the required business details and upload the mandatory documents to complete the application.
