Selection process
Teams are assessed across three rounds of increasing complexity. The first round is an online elimination round with 8-10 guesstimate questions completed in 20-30 minutes. Top performers advance to the semi-final round, held offline in New Delhi, where they receive a short case and have 15 minutes to prepare a 3-4 minute explanation. Finalists then compete in the final round, also offline in New Delhi, with a complex real-world business problem: 20 minutes preparation, 5-minute presentation, and 3-minute Q&A with judges. Evaluation criteria include problem breakdown, creativity of assumptions, accuracy of estimation, and presentation skills.
