No, the scheme has a rolling deadline and is always open. However, benefits are available to only 200 applicants per financial year, selected at SITPC's discretion.

The scheme covers the cost of trademark registration for the startup's company name and logo. The expenditure must be incurred after the Goa Start-up Policy 2021 was notified.
Can startups from outside Goa apply?
No, only startups with an operational office in Goa and certified by the Goa Startup Mission's SITPC are eligible.
