How to Apply for Goa Campus Recruitment Assistance Scheme — ₹10,000 Subsidy per Fresher

Applications are processed in a multi-stage evaluation. Upon receipt of an incentive application, it undergoes a scrutiny phase that lasts approximately 30 days. During this period, the application is reviewed against a predefined checklist to ensure full compliance with all eligibility criteria, including the applicant's legal entity type, proof of operations in Goa, Aadhaar linkage of bank accounts, and details of the recruited freshers.

After successful scrutiny, the application is forwarded to an Empowered Committee for final review and approval. The committee makes the final decision on sanctioning the assistance. If approved, a Sanction Order is issued, and disbursement of the ₹10,000 per eligible fresher is initiated, typically within 90 days from the initial application receipt. In cases where an application does not meet the criteria, a Regret Letter is issued.
