Selection process
Fulcrum 2026 is played over two rounds.
Round 1 — Online quiz. Participants take a quiz round that carries a 10-minute time limit, which acts as the first filter on the field.
Round 2 — Slide deck and video pitch. Teams then submit a PPT or PDF of no more than 6 slides, not counting the title slide and the thank-you slide. Alongside the deck, each team records a 6-minute video presentation, delivered the way you would present to a judging panel. Submission files must follow the naming convention InstituteName_TeamName.
Final standings are decided on the Round 2 submission and presentation, with the top two teams taking the ₹20,000 and ₹10,000 prizes.
