Selection process
1. Register and build. Enter through the official FlowZint submission portal and develop your AI solution within one of the four tracks — Sales Bot, Support Chat Bot, Customer Care Bot or Open Innovation. Registration closes on July 18, 2026.
2. Submit your project. Submissions opened on May 8, 2026 and the final submission deadline is July 19, 2026. All entries must go through the official FlowZint submission portal, and late submissions are not accepted.
3. Evaluation. Entries are weighed against the qualities the organisers ask projects to demonstrate: innovation, real-world problem solving, AI automation, user experience and scalability.
4. Results. Outcomes are announced on July 20, 2026. The top three places receive cash prizes along with a verified certificate and 20,000 FlowZint Credits; ranks 4 to 100 receive a verified certificate and 10,000 FlowZint Credits.
