• Registration: the MSME first registers under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024, following its overarching guidelines.
• Claim filing: the reimbursement claim is submitted with the required documentation, including proof of EPF and ESI contributions made for eligible domiciled employees.
• Verification: the Department of Industries, Government of Rajasthan, or a designated nodal agency screens the claim — checking RIPS 2024 registration, the domicile status of covered employees and the validity of the statutory contributions.
• Disbursement: on clearing verification, the eligible amount is transferred to the enterprise's bank account.
• Renewal and monitoring: annual claims and compliance with monitoring obligations keep the subsidy flowing for the remaining years of the seven-year period.
