Selection process
Applications are filed online and reach the authorities at the District Industries Centre, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, who carry out the review.
During assessment they confirm that the unit genuinely qualifies — its MSME status, its location within the Union Territory, the date on which commercial production started, and whether the ZED certification and the charges claimed are authentic.
The payout figure is then computed on the eligible charges, staying within the scheme's guidelines and deducting any Government of India assistance already availed for the same certification. Units that clear the review receive the subsidy disbursement.
