How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Training Cost Reimbursement — ₹15,000 Per Employee

Claims are not awarded on a competitive basis. Each application goes through a verification exercise carried out by the relevant state department, which checks the paperwork against the conditions laid down in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.

The department examines the documents submitted — proof of each employee's Chhattisgarh domicile, wage statements, and invoices or records evidencing the training expenses incurred — and confirms that the unit itself qualifies as a new services-sector industry.

Once every eligibility condition and documentation requirement is found to be met, the reimbursement claim is approved. Claims that fall short on any criterion or on documentation are not cleared. The first claim is payable one year after the employee's appointment, and further claims can be submitted in line with the policy guidelines, subject to the overall benefit cap.
