How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Technology Purchase Subsidy — 50% Back, Up to ₹10L

Assessment here is compliance-based, not competitive. A committee formed by the Government of Chhattisgarh, or an agency it appoints, reviews each application. There are no pitch rounds or jury presentations — what decides the outcome is whether the enterprise satisfies the eligibility conditions and whether its paperwork proves the technology purchase.

The committee examines adherence to the eligibility criteria, the completeness of the documents filed, and verification of the purchase from specified government research centres such as NRDC. Verification may involve a site visit or a request for additional information. Only enterprises that genuinely made the specified purchases, and can evidence them, move ahead.

The pathway works like this:

• Buy the technology from NRDC or another recognised government research centre.
• Assemble the documentation — proof of the technology purchase, payment receipts, enterprise registration documents and any other forms specified under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.
• Submit the application with supporting documents to the designated authority as per the policy guidelines. Submission typically happens through an online portal or in person at a government office.
• Verification and approval — the application and documents are checked thoroughly for compliance with the eligibility criteria and policy terms.
• Disbursement — on approval, the eligible reimbursement is credited to the enterprise's bank account.
