How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Technical Patent Subsidy — ₹20L for Registered Patents

This is not a competitive selection. Awards are decided through an eligibility and verification check once an enterprise files its claim under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.

1. Application submission — the enterprise submits a formal application form to the relevant department of the Government of Chhattisgarh, likely the Department of Industries, after the patent has been successfully registered and sanctioned. The form is part of the broader incentive application process under the policy.

2. Documentation — the claim is supported by proof of the enterprise's registration, the official patent registration certificate, detailed invoices and payment receipts for the expenses incurred, and a declaration confirming the originality of the work or research.

3. Verification — a designated committee or department officials review the submitted documents to confirm that every policy condition has been met. This covers the enterprise's registration status, the authenticity of the patent registration, and the validity of the reported expenditure.

4. Sanction and disbursement — once verification is complete and the claim is approved, the eligible reimbursement amount is sanctioned and paid directly into the enterprise's bank account.
