What happens after you file:

• Documentation review — proof of MSME registration, the details of the granted patent, and invoices or receipts for every expense being claimed.
• Verification by the department — officers, or a committee within the Department of Industries, examine the claim. They confirm your MSME status, satisfy themselves that the patented work is original, and check that each expense is legitimate and falls within the policy's provisions.
• Approval and disbursement — after verification clears, the approved amount is credited to the applicant's account.
