There is no pitch round or competitive ranking here. Assessment is administrative: the Department of Industries, Government of Chhattisgarh — or an authorised implementing body — scrutinises each claim against the policy's criteria.

The review covers:

• Whether the applicant genuinely holds recognised startup unit status.
• The nature and relevance of the technology being acquired.
• Whether the reported acquisition costs are valid.
• Compliance with all terms and conditions of the policy, particularly Section 4.11.

Once a claim is complete and found compliant, the reimbursement is processed according to the policy guidelines. Eligible applications are verified and honoured rather than scored against one another.
