Files that clear the initial screen go to the concerned department or to a designated committee set up under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30. That review tests four things in particular:

• Whether the applicant genuinely qualifies as an MSME
• Whether the business operates in the services sector
• Whether the quality certification obtained is valid and among those recognised
• Whether the expenses claimed against it are authentic

Decisions follow the policy guidelines and depend on funds being available at the time, which is how the process is kept transparent and even-handed. Once the competent committee approves the file, the eligible reimbursement reaches the applicant's registered bank account.
