How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Project Report Subsidy — Up to ₹10L for New Enterprises

There is no competitive shortlisting here. The Project Report Subsidy runs on a claim-based mechanism, which means an application succeeds or fails on whether it complies with the policy rather than on how it ranks against other applicants.

• Read the policy. Section 8 of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 sets out the guidelines, the eligibility conditions and the route for applying.
• Prepare the paperwork. Claims generally require proof of enterprise registration, particulars of Fixed Capital Investment, and the invoices or receipts covering the project report expense.
• Submit the claim. Applications are filed through the state industrial department's online portal or through a local District Industry Centre (DIC).
• Verification. Officials examine the submission against the policy's terms, confirming that the costs were genuinely incurred and that the applicant qualifies as a new enterprise.
• Approval and disbursement. A compliant, verified claim is approved and the reimbursement is paid out; a claim that does not meet the conditions is rejected.
