How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Land Premium Subsidy — 20% to 50% Off Industrial Land

There is no separate contest or jury for this incentive. It travels through the same channel as the land allotment itself, in this sequence:

• Read the policy first. Work through the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, and Section 17 in particular, to pin down your group, your sector and the percentage that applies to you.
• Apply for land. File your allotment request for a plot in an industrial area or park with the Directorate of Industries or with CSIDC.
• Submit the subsidy claim. Either within that allotment application or in the paperwork that follows, lodge a formal claim that sets out your enterprise's category and sector.
• Verification. The Directorate of Industries or CSIDC examines the application and supporting details to confirm eligibility and to determine the applicable rate.
• Adjustment and disbursement. Once sanctioned, the entitled amount is adjusted against the land premium, reducing the final sum the enterprise pays. The allotting authority will tell you how that adjustment is carried out.
