How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Export Certification Subsidy — Up to ₹1.5 Crore

There is no pitch or competition here. Each application is examined administratively, and a committee drawn from Department of Industries officials checks it against the scheme's conditions before any money moves.

• Application submission. The unit applies through the designated online portal for incentives under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.
• Documentation. Proof of incorporation, details of the certifications obtained, invoices for the fees paid, evidence of payment, the commercial export certificate and audited financial statements showing turnover are uploaded along with the form.
• Initial scrutiny. Department staff first confirm that the application is complete and broadly consistent with the scheme guidelines.
• Verification. Field visits or other checks may follow to validate export activity and the per-product turnover figures.
• Approval and disbursement. Once the competent authority approves, the reimbursement is credited straight to the unit's bank account.

The committee concentrates on three things: whether each product clears the turnover threshold, whether the certifications are valid and relevant, and whether every rupee claimed is backed by invoices and payment proof. The design is kept transparent so that all eligible units get equal access.
