There is no competitive shortlisting round described for this benefit. Instead, the subsidy follows a compliance-and-verification route once an enterprise is registered under the Logistics Package.

• Familiarise yourself with the policy. Start with the detailed application process set out in the Chhattisgarh Logistics Package policy document, including the annexures and forms specific to subsidies.
• Register under the Logistics Package, if the enterprise has not already done so.
• Submit a project proposal for the community-based waste management system, supported by detailed cost estimates and an implementation plan.
• Obtain project approval from the designated state authority.
• Implement the system, then file the relevant expenditure proofs, invoices and completion certificates.
• Verification and disbursal. The relevant department of the Government of Chhattisgarh checks that the claim complies with policy guidelines before releasing the subsidy.
