Registration closes on April 18, 2026, which is also the last day of the Round 1 submission window running from April 16 to April 18, 2026. Make sure both your PPT and PDF report are submitted within that window, because registration alone is not enough.

There are two rounds. Round 1 is online: teams submit a detailed PPT and a comprehensive PDF report. Teams that qualify move to Round 2 on April 19, 2026, where they deliver an 8-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A. The final is held offline at the IIEST Shibpur campus, with the option to join online if required.
