To be eligible, your startup must be officially certified under the Bihar Startup Policy and legally registered in Bihar. The patent application must be filed in the startup's name, not an individual. The program is open to ventures at any stage from idea to revenue generation. There are no restrictions on industry or entity type. No DPIIT or MSME registration is required for this scheme.
