Bihar Startup Policy 2022: Success Fee Scheme — Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, a startup must be certified under the Bihar Startup Policy and registered in Bihar. The startup must be revenue-stage and have raised funding from angel investors or institutional investors recognized by SEBI or RBI. A signed investment agreement and proof of actual receipt of funds are required. The startup must also hold a valid DPIIT recognition certificate.

Bihar Startup Policy 2022: Success Fee Scheme is open to startups at the revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Bihar. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
