Applications are made online through the Shilpasathi portal. New users register by choosing an applicant type and entering their registration number, then log in using a username and password or an OTP sent to their registered mobile number. You then complete the eligibility form and the CAF, proceed to Online Form-A, review the year-wise subsidy items, fill in the subsidy details year by year, upload the relevant documents, preview the form, accept the declaration and submit.
